Personal Training

Training sessions are offered at The Yard, with locations in both Pacific Heights (San Francisco) and Mill Valley (Marin)—as well as mobile sessions where I come directly to you.

 

Each session is tailored to your individual needs and goals, meeting you exactly where you are in your fitness journey and evolving as you progress. 

For those who prefer to train remotely, I offer live Zoom sessions, where we work together in real time, ensuring you get the guidance and accountability you need.

I also provide Online Training, ideal for individuals who want a personalized program and ongoing support, without needing to meet in person. This option is perfect if you’re looking for structure, flexibility, and expert guidance at your convenience.

Whether we're training in person or virtually, you can expect a highly customized plan that fits your lifestyle—and is focused on helping you reach your goals efficiently and sustainably. Areas of expertise include resistance training for both weight loss and muscle gain, mobility and agility, as well as athletic performance.
