Youth Training

After a decade of teaching middle school P.E. and coaching a wide variety of sports, Coach Tilo excels in making youth training both fun and effective. Sessions utilize reaction games, coordination drills, and creative workouts that combine a balanced mix of fitness and sports, enhancing overall athleticism, speed, strength and agility. 

  • Open to boys & girls ages 8+ working 1-1, or in small group settings (choose your pod up to 6 kids).

  • For both seasoned athletes looking to take their game to the next level, as well as the less experienced athlete who would benefit from a positive and fun athletic experience. 

  • Flexible outdoor venues in Marin & SF.

  • Opportunities to practice sport-specific skills & drills for basketball, soccer, baseball and football.

  • Training sessions typically last 1 hour, unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Sessions may occur for a pre-determined number classes, over school breaks, or simply pay as you go.
